Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders for the Swarakshit gas monitoring setup are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We take order processing seriously to ensure that each device passes a final Quality Assurance check before leaving our facility. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or for large commercial/industrial bulk orders, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays directly.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer tiered shipping options for all domestic orders to accommodate both standard and urgent safety infrastructure requirements. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed before 1:00 PM local time).

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship our monitoring setups globally to support industrial safety worldwide. Shipping rates, delivery times, and available carriers for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Swarakshit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@swarakshit.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to the value and sensitive nature of our electronics, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address must be provided at checkout, and a signature may be required upon delivery.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@swarakshit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
