30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the precision and reliability of the Swarakshit gas monitoring setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are sensitive safety monitoring devices, strictly adhered to guidelines are required for returns. To be eligible for a return:

  • The device must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The device must be uninstalled, unaltered, and free of any physical damage, debris, or chemical exposure.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and calibration certificates.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Devices that have been permanently installed or physically modified.
  • Sensors that have been exposed to extreme chemical environments beyond their rated capacity (which voids the warranty).
  • Custom-configured or specially calibrated systems built to order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact our support team at support@swarakshit.com. Please include your order number, the serial number of the device, and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to securely package and send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception. Because gas monitoring is critical for life and environmental safety, it is imperative that you contact us immediately if the device is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and expedite a replacement to ensure your safety infrastructure is not compromised.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have following the standard return process. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and professionally inspected your return at our facility. This inspection includes testing the sensors to ensure they have not been compromised. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on this inspection.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@swarakshit.com.
